Easy-Stats & Data Export
Easy Stats provides information to investigate trends, prepare proposals, & respond to the data needs of funding sources. Easy Stats calculates statistics (frequency counts, percent of total, mean, and standard deviation) for any ASI item. You can use the Easy-Query module to select any subset of data.
You can export data to SAS, SPSS, and other systems. This export can be in ASCII or DBF format. With the ASCII format you can combine the 350+ ASI fields into a single file, or you can split it into two separate files. As always, you can use the Easy-Query module to export a portion of your data (for instance, this year's assessments).
